School of Leaders

Having completed the Post Encounter, you are now eligible to attend School of Leaders.

School of Leaders has two aims; firstly, with the help of a cell leader, it can become a course which helps disciple you.  Much of what is covered is practical Christian teaching, and as we respond to God and the challenges of the teaching, we will find change takes place in our lives.  Secondly, it is a course to help produce leaders.  We don't just want to grow church, we want to train and equip everyone to be leaders, and the School of Leaders course is the training programme we use.

School of Leaders is a 3-term course of between 8 to 10 weeks each.  The first term covers foundational Chrisitan theology and also some practical teaching in separate seminars for men, women and youth.  The second term looks at the vision of cells and the qualities of a cell leader, as well as teaching on evangelism and prayer.  The third term covers principles of leadership, the Holy Spirit, and how to bring spiritual counsel and direction.

The course is generally of a practical nature, and the way to graduate from School of Leaders - is by opening your own cell!
